Project Overview
TP Bennett working with the University of London and University Partnerships Programme has developed a major new 1,200 room student residential scheme in Bloomsbury.
The development provides a high quality urban regeneration scheme to repair an urban block in Bloomsbury alongside a new building in a conservation area built by Brookfield Multiplex.
AC Plc worked closely with Brookfield Multiplex to achieve a high quality finish to the mix of roofing products specified including Green Roof areas.
