Project Overview
AC Plc have worked closely with John Sisk to meet their exacting specification requirements in accordance with the clients programme requirements.
Development of 5 blocks of apartments overlooking the iconic Wembley Football Stadium for Qunitain Estates. The project is part of the regeneration of this area of London leaving a lasting impression for the future.
Green Roofs have been used on a large central area over the carpark with each block incorporating a brown roof system onto the IKO Permatec hot melt membrane.
Paving has installed to the balconies and terraces.
A full mansafe fall arrest system and a Davit Access system were designed and installed to the client's maintenance access strategy.
