Our team of Project Engineers and Project Managers work closely together from the tender & enquiry stage through to the design and planning pre-construction phase of the project.
Every aspect of the project is meticulously planned in detail to ensure the installation and service provided is of the highest standard. We work closely with our end users and clients to ensure all works are delivered expeditiously, to the highest quality and to budget.
We routinely review our projects and the associated processes to ensure the standards are always maintained. We have a firm quality assurance process that is constantly reviewed and implemented with our entire supply chain for all aspects of work, including specialist services. Our supply chain partners work closely with our direct labour force and are supervised and managed by our project teams to provide a seamless delivery.
Our Project Managers, Project Engineers and Site Managers are all trained in the management of Health & Safety managing and coordinating the entire process from pre-construction to completion. We have a dedicated Health & Safety Management team providing advice and support to all elements of the company along with site auditing and reporting on our live projects at regular intervals. The Health & Safety Management team is responsible for the continued review of our processes and management procedures ensuring we are working to all current standards and legislation
Our Project Engineers produce detailed working drawings and coordination drawings on AutoCAD, and Revit for accurate integration with the architectural and building plans including BIM modelling.
Our management team will produce detailed Gantt chart programmes in collaboration with main contract programmes. This ensures all activities and milestones are sequentially planned appropriately to maintain a safe and efficient project delivery.

Our Project Managers have a vast experience of cost management. They maintain detailed and up to date cost reports for clients and main contractors ensuring all valuations are fair and reasonable, and all variations are detailed and costed in accordance with the Principle QS' requirements.

Upon the completion of the Testing & Commissioning phase of a project, our Project Lead and Admin staff produce and issue comprehensive Operating and Maintenance Manuals.
